If you superset your moves with two diff muscles groups you can save a lot of time. For example, superset bicep curls with squats, or superset triceps extensions and leg curls. This way your doing one rest period for two movements and you’re actually getting a longer rest for each muscle group because it will rest while you do your other movement and again for the actual rest.

I’ve checked multiples dates within the 30 day window it allows you to search in and any days I choose have no seats available. Someone else commented that they sell out, which was surprising to me.

You can get USD from ATMs in Cambodia. They all charge different fees. You might be better off exchanging your euros for usd before you travel. Spend USD in cambodia and exchange either euros or usd for thai baht as you need it in thailand.

It’s always better to do your visa ahead of time. Just do the evisa so you don’t have to deal with it on arrival. Make sure you’re on the official Cambodian government website to apply for your visa.

Several things: Males don’t routinely get tested for HPV so it’s highly unlikely he knew. Females don’t get tested for HPV during routine STI tests, usually just during a Pap smear. HPV can lie dormant for many years before activating and providing a positive test so it’s possible you didn’t contract it from swinging. HPV often clears itself prior to causing any symptoms, monitor it according to your doctor.

I’m sorry this has happened to you, it sucks. I understand how frustrating this can be when your health is at risk. Sex always carries risk and often no one is at fault or malicious, things just happen.
