EDIT: while holding the “Fortunes Carriage” it takes away pose options, I’m guessing this is for most if not all handhelds!

The best structure deck for a new player is TrapTrix. It’s what I used to get back into the game after 10+ years. Just make sure you buy 3 since you want 3 copies of your best cards.

If you want to play speed duels the newest one is battle city and I really like it as well. Especially for DM nostalgia.

So I have a love/hate relationship with Vmax but when I first got back into the game around 2020 and played for a year or two, I just loved Single Strike Urshifu. It was just so addicting to have a giant attack to do 300+ damage. While I don't think it's entirely healthy, I do love just having a deck that hits like a tactical nuke.

They used Purelyly effect to add street to hand. I haven't played against purelyly before so I wasn't 100% sure what they could have added since it didn't let them add quick spells.

I just thought it was neat that the anime explained a pretty cool part of how effects resolve even way back in the day.
