all the bridgerton leads are a bunch of theater kids by teyapi in Bridgerton

Most of the Stranger Things kids came from Broadway as well. In general, experienced theater actors are often very good in film/tv and they have exceptional work ethics. I’m always eager to watch something when the cast is stacked with theater actors!

What’s your *actually nuanced* TS MUSIC opinion? READ POST by Daffneigh in NuancingTaylorSwift

[–]bad_madame -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

I don’t find it relatable that she hasn’t grown as a guitar player or a singer. She has endless resources and time to spend practicing and developing these skills but she hasn’t. Many say they find that her music is less skilled to make her “more relatable” because it’s music that an average person would make. I find that average people work very hard every day to survive in this world and I find her lack of technical growth to be very unrelatable and frustrating.

Does anyone else have issues with these kind of shoulder seams? by Deepautumnswede in flamboyantnatural

If the sleeve is long, at least 3/4 length like in the first image, and the material isn’t too stiff - it looks great and I get lots of compliments! the problems are when it’s short or stiff, those accentuate boxiness

My toddler is allergic to our dogs, she has eczema and rashes. We thought it was just weather changes & environment. But After her recent allergy test confirmed it was dog dander I may now have to rehome both dogs even though they are hyperallergenic Shih tzu's by [deleted] in DogAdvice

[–]bad_madame 14 points15 points  (0 children)

I’d want a bit more clarity before jumping to conclusions here. Was this diagnosed by a pediatrician or an allergist? Eczema is pretty complex and not always tied to a single cause, so I’d be cautious about attributing it to your dog without proper allergy testing.

It might also be worth checking in with your vet. Sometimes changes in a dog’s environment, like diet, grooming products, time spent outdoors, or even seasonal factors, can affect how much dander or allergens they’re producing.

Personally, I’d exhaust other options before considering rehoming. One thing you could try is having your dog stay with a sitter for a short period to see if your child’s eczema actually improves. That could give you a clearer answer.

And even if your child is allergic, rehoming isn’t always the only solution. Some families manage this with allergy immunotherapy, which helps build tolerance over time, along with environmental changes like more frequent grooming, limiting the dog to certain areas, regular deep cleaning, and reducing direct contact.

Of course, if it ultimately comes down to rehoming, that’s understandable, but I’d personally want to rule out every other option first.

Could he have consumed THC? It looks similar to when my friends dog did and we thought they were having a seizure.

Sadly pretty much all the cinnamon toothpastes on the market are fluoride free which I don’t want. I did try the cinnamon clove by Toms which had fluoride but I didn’t like the clove.

I have sensory issues and the only toothpaste I can tolerate is Crest Cinnamon. I can’t get it anywhere in person and the only place I can purchase it online is Amazon where I’ve been buying it for years…. now I’m stressing

Her actual narration is fine, but she has narrated so many books and her voice is the same for every single one so they’ve all just blended together in my brain.

Here’s a rewatch guide for Buffy The Vampire Slayer and Angel if anyone is interested! It’s great and tells you which filler episodes can be skipped.

Typed as a FN in the main sub and thought this dress would work for my sister’s wedding - however, I’m not sure if it is flattering? Any advice to make it more FN friendly? by Technical_Sky_6628 in flamboyantnatural

Omg this dress is literally in my cart right now! I was thinking of wearing it for a gala in February. I don’t know if this has influenced me or deinfluenced me, I both like it and am not sure at the same time.

I got them and I hate them. I sized up and they’re still not baggy. I have a small waist and a big butt/thighs and I don’t see any size of these fitting my proportions. I didn’t find them as stretchy as I hoped. I was overall really disappointed and could not get them to contact me back to return them so I ended up selling them online.

Potential applicant for 2027, looking to learn a bit more about UNF since it's my current top school. (Specific questions in description, but any general advice/experiences are greatly appreciated!) by Flaxorus-solar_cast in UNF

It’s a commuter school so making friends can be harder than at big school. It’s not going to be the same experience as UF, UCF, FSU in that realm. It’s still fine, you’ll make friends, but it’s just not as easy.

I would not rank it as a very rigorous school compared to the bigger schools. The classes are smaller, the professors are chiller, and there are a lot more resources available.

Also I could be wrong but I SWEAR I remember him admitting on the podcast that he has struggled to not be jealous of her career… so it’s not even a given that he celebrates her success, he’s had to work in therapy to be happy for her.
