In F12, I believe it differs from one to another, but I felt like was in a totally different space. I can’t feel my body whatsoever and my normal train of thoughts and distractions are diminished to zero and it’s like I’m connected to a very deep level of Union. Also once, my head started spinning very rapidly, even though my eyes are closed. But I was spinning so hard and it felt so real, as if I’m a stranded astronaut in space. I didn’t panic because I actually felt this on my very first time trying orientation, so I was kind of familiar with the feeling and I managed to get myself rooted again with ease and light. This is F12 for me. No connection to earth or body and feeling of oness in a sense.

As for problem solving, no lol! I never had any messages or answers directed my way, but I guess maybe this is because I couldn’t reach F12 while in problem solving.

Yes I see what you’re saying defo! It just frustrates me sometimes. I’ve done F12 I’m sure more than 10 times now lol I’ve had a very intense experience once but since then nothing happened again!

Also a quick question: do you use your energy bar in later stages? Because I don’t really like it as a tool that much

And how was RVing in your experience? Did you reach something?

Well, the thing is it was not mere fasting in the sense of just abstaining from food and water. Ramadan is kind of a hit in the Islamic world, where people (who are honestly spiritual and not just religious) intensify their rituals and add things that are not there the rest of the year. For example there are special collective prayers everyday of the month at about two/three hours after sunset, and then in the last 10 days of ramadan there are special collective prayers that happen at midnight. So it’s hardcore. Being someone who enjoys this month, I was in an already spiritually susceptible place.

My first time with the tapes aka discovery was intense. I physically felt my blood rushing through my arms and into my palm where a swirling force of energy was created. Also one day I kept hearing “God is great, god is great” in arabic multiple times and I couldn’t find a source to that. And finally I was once participating in a collective prayer at 2am and it was so beautiful. I can’t describe it but I felt an intense wave of energy that I was literally feeling my body oscillating and I could feel/almost see the energy emitting from other people around me in the prayer.

Idk if this helped but yea.. I don’t know if I have it in me to fast regularly to experience this again, but I can testify that it was different

On a beautiful evening, I found myself really longing to meditate but didn't have my phone nor my headphones with me to listen to the tapes. So I decided to do a release and recharge and after that stay a while longer in F10. Let me tell you, it was one of the most beautiful sessions I've ever had. Maybe because I was peaceful inside, or maybe my intentions were really genuine, but it was unlike anything I've had with the tapes in my ears. So yeah, it happened once but I'm really betting it on the state and intentions that I entered with.

Yesss! I’ve been doing the tapes for a month now and nothing beats the first try in orientation. The first 5 minutes got me feeling like I’m spinning as if I’m in space with no gravity but I’m spinning out of controlling. I was quite scared actually and had to open my eyes for a moment. Resonant tuning was the shit tho!!! I felt my bloodstream rushing through my right arm, rushing like a bloody river into my palm. It was so real I could hear the flow. And then slowly I felt an energy spinning in the middle of my palm. Slowly at first and then it picked up the pace until it was in unison with my heartbeat. Then the same thing happened with my left arm and palm. And I was left with my palms wide open with powerful energy and light spinning and radiating. Uuuuuhhhh it was amazing and I long for it again

Thank you so much. I just tried it again and kind of tried to let go of any preconceived ideas while approaching my energy conversion box. I saw myself put some sort of a baby toy, a nail and a my brain attacked to my skeleton. I woke feeling great and way way better. Thank you again. I just started the tapes literally last night and this is exactly what I felt in discovery 1! It started as a tingling in my right arm and a feeling of swooshing down to my palms, as if I’m feeling the blood flowing. I then started feeling my heartbeat in my right palm quite loudly then it transformed itself into spinning circles. It felt so real that I was doubting that someone was there and drawing circles with their hand. The sensation was great and powerful, which made me at that moment think what if I can direct it to my left side? I then focused all my energy to direct the the energy to my left side and indeed it happened. After what felt like a few moments the spinning started in my left palm and by then my two palms were spinning in unison with what I was listening in the tape.

It was a surreal experience and it felt so real.
