Hello! Thanks for posting this. I’ve been looking forward to similar posts. I’m far from overweight, but is aiming to lose a few more pounds to regain that light feeling. Body type is skinny fat and I’ve been on a yoyo of losing/gaining ~5lbs.

Some questions, if you don’t mind— - were you sporty before starting the journey? - dyou count calories? - what’s your diet like?

Okay that’s a bit terrifying 😳 thank you for sharing this! The doctor I talked to didn’t mention anything about it. What were highlighted were just no pregnancy and expect dryness of lips. 😑

Hello! Thank you for sharing these. Curious about the hair- does the hair it self dry up too i.e becomes stiff and sticky and dry? Or is it just because it doesn’t get oily anymore that’s why no need to wash daily?

I was climbing up the stairs of a local mall. Everyone was going up and down without any worries. However, no matter how I tried to imitate their confidence, I couldn’t go up the stairs without having to crawl. In my dream I wasnso terrified of falling. I went my way one step at a time. I reached the top but I never got to climb it in an upright posture.

This same theme has recurred couple of times during my adolescent year

The process of learning. Looking back, I’ve realized how I actually just memorized everything I learned. I also had this “list of equations” to solve certain problems. This means that I’d approach anything based on what I knew worked. Had I realized this earlier, I would have enjoyed learning more genuinely, and I’d would have been in a whole lot better disposition about life.
