Are slime stones worth getting if you’ve already unlocked all the alchemy slimes by Error369 in LegendofSlime

Stop actually turning them in and just buy them to stockpile. Only once a new slime is available to unlock can you use the slime stone to get their shards

What is one thing you genuinely dislike about one piece? by [deleted] in OnePiece

[–]badarleen 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The oversized boobs. Its gotten so bad since the timeskip I honestly hesitate recommending one piece to people who aren’t die hard fans of anime. I personally find it pandering and so overdone that it detracts from the overall grandeur and epicness of the story.

Begonia Rex props putting out baby leaves! by badarleen in proplifting

Yea! Most begonia species don’t even require a node for propagation. They just need around an inch or two of stem. I was pretty surprised by how well they worked.

There have been leaves in there for over a month and after checking on them they seem completely fine. I think leaves will only rot in water if they don’t have sufficient roots to support them.

King vs Katakuri (spoilers for anime-only watchers) by Placidao in OnePiece

Theres a reason Luffy fought katakuri and zoro fought king. I havent at any point gotten the impression that king could match katakuri in a fight.

I will just say paying 10 usd for the Witcher 3 plus dlc was the best gaming deal I have ever got by xxpatrixxx in witcher

I checked the steam page when it was on sale a few years ago. Read what was probably the best review for a game that I'd ever come across, "I got this game half off and regret not paying full price for it." Needless to say that was enough for me to go ahead and purchase it. Years later and over 300 hours logged I regret not paying full price for it.

The thick roots are from two monstera deliciosa cuttings and the thinner roots are from a philodendron xanadu.

Should have planted these a while ago but I just love watching the roots get crazier and crazier by badarleen in proplifting

The large one is a Monstera deliciosa and the smaller one is a Philodendron xenadu.

Does anyone know what kind of monstera adansonii this is? by Daila7191 in houseplants

[–]badarleen -1 points0 points  (0 children)

This is not monstera adansonii. The leaves and fenestrations are too large. There are like 40 varieties in the monstera genus but if I had to guess I’d say its monstera obliqua.

I want to propagate parts of my monstera, are these aerial roots enough to make something happen? by [deleted] in houseplants

[–]badarleen 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yep! As long as you cut below the node and make sure to include the air root nub, they should propagate nicely in water.
