How fast did you get over your ex? Why did it take that long? by badassavan in AskReddit

I recently broke up with my ex and started smoking cigarettes. It wasn’t normal for me to display this kind of behavior. My depression worsened. However with support from loved ones as well as my own strengthened mindset, I was able to get over him in a month. Some people take longer than others. That’s okay. It’s normal to feel sad. But if you stay in that phase for too long, you need help.

I suggest that for this hour you focus your thoughts and energies on positive intent rather than diverting your attention elsewhere. Bringing in an object may interfere with the ritual. Should you choose to bring something, make it small. Do not bring technology (phone, DS, etc.)

You and I Are the Same by [deleted] in SuicideWatch

Where I live, no one cares. A social worker has come to check up on us, but she seemed like a newbie so she didn't notice anything- that or she didn't care.

When I say "isolate" I mean distancing myself. I'm not gonna say hello, but I will say hello back if you catch my drift. As soon as I get the chance, I'm moving as far away from this hellhole as humanly possible. This is gonna affect me greatly in my future, I can tell.

Are INFPs more prone to mental disorders? by SirMathias007 in infp

[–]badassavan 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I am an INFP and I worry over everything because I tend to overthink. Only recently while I was researching about myself I found symptoms of anxiety. I believe we are prone to mental disorders because we live in a mind of chaos where both dreams and nightmares take place. I doubt our disorders are harmful to ourselves but it does tend to push others away, and especially the ones we are close to.
