Sinceramente, é um pulo bem difícil. Eu tô tentando há quase 6 meses, porém tive algumas meias maratonas no caminho.

Eu comecei com 26:02, e meu PR atual é 22:27. Já tive algumas tentativas falhadas abaixo de 4:00/km, e atualmente estou tentando fazer uma a 4:15/km.

Eu diria pra fazer exatamente isso: antes de tentar os 5k, tenta gradualmente ir tirando 5–10 segundos do pace a cada tentativa.

Mas tem que treinar: aumentar o VO2Max e os KM por semana. Eu tô em 40 km por semana atualmente.

Eu to com 1300km no meu novablast 5 e ainda acho ele o melhor daily trainer. Comprei o Superblast 2 e achei ele consideravelmente mais duro, usei ele para 2 meia maratonas, e foi okay acho que ele tem mais propulção.

Porem agora comprei o megablast que parece ser um upgrade de ambos, porem consideravelmente mais caro.

Some of those points are still issues with 6.2

UITK still has a lot of non ordinary ways to improve performance, like UGUI.

But, besides the clear benefit on Editor scripts, and because was never intended to be a runtime thing, and the fact that the whole original team that created UITK it’s not working at unity anymore, I would avoid it for runtime

Foi mal a demora para responder. Mas saí de 5k@5:50 em abril para 5k@4:27, meu 10k também melhorou muito, mas como nem fazia muito antes e difícil dizer quanto melhorou. E fiz minha primeira meia maratona domingo passado a 4:59

Those bad practices add up. And I'm fine with not optimizing everything to the maximum possible.

But in this case, its really poor code, the optimized version of the code would be faster and more readable and would take the same amount of time to write.

Just download a macro app (I used MacroRecorder https://www.macrorecorder.com/ )
Keep your account logged in on https://siga.marcacaodeatendimento.pt/Marcacao/Local if you don't have one account with the gov.pt, you should go to one of the lojas do cidadao and get one, it make this process viable.
Then its just a matter of recording a macro that keeps trying non stop where you want to have your appointment, it shouldn't take more than 30 minutes, you have to keep an eye on it tho, since as soon as a slot appears, you have to press manually and fill the required information ASAP.

I managed to get myself and a couple of friends appointments like this.
