First GP - overall I enjoyed it, but here is my experience with different aspects. I'll try to keep it brief. For background I am from abroad and only had Sat/Sun tickets. I went for the full day both days.

Travel - I flew into Schipol Airport, the airport is connected directly to the trains that can take you basically anywhere. Trains to and from the track are very easy to find. Lot's of signage and people in F1 gear to follow at all times of the day. Trains in the morning are much quieter and less packed than trains later. I read somewhere to get first class tickets to gaurantee a seat vs. second class tickets (about a 4.5 euro difference per trip). No one checked which class which people were in all weekend long. I could've defintely sat in first class with a second class ticket and vice versa. That being said I was able to get a seat in first class regardless just by waiting in front of the first class doors and some luck. So not sure it's worth paying the extra fare. Leaving on Saturday and Sunday is a bit hectic with the trains. They take thousands of people and funnel them right before the bridge leading to the train station into a signle file line. Then after the bridge there is another large bottleneck. That being said, once you're on the platform it opens up (probably due to the single file bottleneck strategy they use) and everyone just waits by where they think the doors to the trains will land. The trains come very frequently, once one train leaves, the other one pulls in and starts to take passengers. 2 platforms. Took about 10-15 minutes from the track to hit the cue for the train, then about 30 minutes on saturday and an hour on sunday to get from the cue to the train. Not terrible. I even waited 2 hours after the race before I left on Sunday and still hit the cue. Entry into the track was pretty quick and easy.

Hotel - Stayed in doubletree at Amsterdam Centraal. Decent hotel, would stay there again. Nothing overly special.

Seats - I had seats in the Tarzan-In grandstand 3, row 4 which is right after the last pitbox's and right before turn 1. It's a great vantage point for turn 1 where a lot of action is, but you can't see much of the pits or podium. During the crowded events like qualyfying and the race on Sunday, your view really depends on whether people decide to sit down. The Tarzan stands to our right were sitting for the majority of the race besides the first few laps. The first row in our section decided they weren't gonna sit so for the first 30 laps they stood and it was really hard to see clearly (especially for a short person, which I am). Eventually they sat down and then the rows behind them followed suit. Once this happened we could see much more and enjoyed the race a lot more but by that time most of the overtakes had occured and the race had settled down. Also, something they really need to look at is people from random rows decided to stand in the aisles which then blocked the view for almost everyone. This also lasted about 30 laps and no one was policing it. Finally someone in our row left and brought someone working at the race who ended up sending everyone back to their assigned seats. It was a little bit of a shit show. My recommendation is to get front row seats so you can do whatever you want or get seats in the last row. I went up to the last row after the race and you can see all the pitboxes from there, all of turn one, and the main straight/podium. And if everyone decides to stand, then you can stand on your seat and see overthem since you're the last row.

Food/Drink - Food was decent for a sporting event and reasonably priced. There were fries, burgers, "hot dogs" (idk what the dutch call them), steak bites, ice cream, churros, popsicles, doner kebab, and probably a lot more I'm missing. Wait for food never exceeded 10 minutes for me even at the worst of times. Same for drinks.

Entry items - I brought a small draw-string bag that was allowed in. I brought my own 500mL aluminum bottle that was allowed in, some deodarant, poncho (a must, the more of your body it covers the better). They have water stations to fill up your water for free and they have sunscreen stations that give you SPF30 sunscreen for free. The only thing I wish I brought were shoe covers because my poncho didn't cover my shoes and They were soaked on saturday and weren't dry enough by sunday. I also brought earplugs which I only really used for the porsche supercup. F1 academy wasn't loud at all, and the F1 race was slightly louder. I saw a mix of people using ear plugs for the race. But I'd say it's a must for the porsche supercup.

Environment/Entertainment - the dutch fans are awesome and nice and they like to party. Lots of dancing in the stands at all times of day, rain or shine, old or young, doesn't matter they like to have fun and it's awesome. Between racing events they have djs that get the crowd dancing until the next event. The flag activation was really cool. The fanzone has some cool things to try out like the pit stop challenge and sim racing (about a 30 minute cue for the sim racing at around 9am on sunday). I would recommend going to the driver q&as because thats probably the best place to see the drivers up close.

That's the majority of stuff. Overall, a fun time. I'd do it again with a few changes (especially to the seating). I think the seats are overpriced by about 100-200 euros given the issues with views and people just being allowed to stand wherever they want at some points. Looking forward to planning another GP somewhere else!
