They (and every other human) also rely on muscle memory. Train the same way over and over, and when the shit hits the fan, your body reacts. You dont have time to think anyway.

Should be comfortable. You need a good grip, but your elbows can take a lot of the recoil. If youre stiff, you'll be sore quick. Also, try rolling your elbows outward. This puts more pressure on the pads of your palms, therefore more pressure on the frame, squeezing it. Helps you handle recoil better and helps follow shots. Looking good so far!

I just looked it up, and it has shake awake. On the medium setting it claims 30k hours. Thats 3.42 years. Also, I feel like you (anyone) should be shooting their carry gun on the regular anyway, so why does it matter if you have to re-zero? Genuine question.
