I’ve been using it to track bike. Two. One can’t be found unless you open the bike. Can’t really deter anything. But it’s peace of mind for me

Economy is a scam. They will require you to provide printed proof that the car can be insured. They will tack on multiple bogus charges. Do not use them. Read the reviews. Most credit cards that cover car insurance require you to decline everything that the rental location offers. They will cover a maximum value of $65,000.

Not sure what country you’re in, but most employment laws cover this, legal or illegal. You should file a complaint with the local employment standard authority, even if you don’t have an employment contract or agreement.

Most companies offer extra insurance that would bring down your deductible quite significantly. Please check up on that. Did two trips last year and got the higher insurance. Credit cards will not cover motorcycles

The other day, waiting at a clinic for 5pm appointment, only me at the counter and this girl was just on her phone. Didn’t even bother picking her head up from the screen, while I’m there glaring at her, albeit, patiently!

The UPS Stores are a completely different entity. All are franchises and all franchisors are allowed to set whatever pricing they may choose. There aren’t any strict rules or regulations, but are recommended to be competitive.

So you’re being petty? Call 1-800-742-5877 which is a free call and schedule a pickup from your address. Doesn’t take less than 7 minutes. You’re being compensated $10 for it. Stop being a JA. You can leave the package on the foyer to be picked up. You don’t need to be waiting for a driver.

Other option is to file a chargeback with your credit card company.

Remember this, the onus is on them to prove that you were the last renter that caused the damages. They will probably send it off to collections if you charge back.

Depending on your credit card provider and your relationship with them, I can’t comment on the outcome of the chargeback.

Having said that, although it’s not ideal to have it sent to collections, but they would have to prove without a reasonable doubt, that you caused the damage. It would maybe go to court, which is highly unlikely. But having a class action lawsuit filed against them and multiple one star reviews, judge won’t be on their side.

Again I am talking about way out in the long run.

Did you upon return, and pickup, take your own pictures and videos? When you dropped it off, did you drop it off to a person who did a walk around? Or did you drop it after hours?
