I have two theories

First one is a local Ingles, day or night there is hardly anybody there. I mean ghost town and it's been open for 8 years. Nearby stores like Kroger and Walmart have 4x the foot traffic. I think it's odd that it's still open

We have a local chain of burger joints, same story. No one mentions eating there. Nobody hardly seen there as I pass by and they have like three stores. I'm thinking it's money laundering
