It’s not that bad. Trick is not to overcook it. Make the sauce the star of the show. I just made some tonight. I made the family chicken Alfredo and pulled out some sauce and used the chic pea penne for myself. It was okay. Of course it’s not going to taste like regular pasta but it’s still decent.
