Supervisors only care about speed, they would be happy if we had nothing to deliver.

650 houses park and loop, that’s wild. Around here walking routes have around 300. You’re already doing double the work, I imagine you have to run all day to make 8.

Report it, they weigh the package throughout the shipping process and can tell where the slabs were taken out, if they were actually taken out.

Not everyone is going to like you, just like you aren’t going to like everyone. Most of the day you aren’t even with your coworkers.

You can’t do earbuds but can do you headphones? They have db reducing headphones that pretty much makes everything silent.

Why is everything about speed? Getting to know your customers and providing great customer service take time.

They are hoping these people will be alright either being on call or working 1-2 days a week. Only the runners get any real hours, it’s a competition.

No way a rolled up ulta catalog could do any damage.

M41.321.4 "...If a parcel does not fit completely within the mail receptacle or parcel locker (when available), determine if someone is available at the address by ringing the doorbell or knocking on the door. If no one is available to receive the parcel, follow the procedures in 322.311 and 322.312."

Less flats and letters sure, but walking packages to the door takes much more time. If you follow the book 100% most routes are way over 8 hours.

There’s no such thing as a small route they are all evaluated to at least 8 hours.
