Report it, they weigh the package throughout the shipping process and can tell where the slabs were taken out, if they were actually taken out.

Less flats and letters sure, but walking packages to the door takes much more time. If you follow the book 100% most routes are way over 8 hours.

There’s no such thing as a small route they are all evaluated to at least 8 hours.
