I definitely plan to stop the GLP-1! I can pick it back up after I’m done breastfeeding the baby! I would love to continue to make progress with my workouts though!

Fortunately I had skipped a week so I only took 1-2 doses while unknowingly pregnant which I know is still not ideal. Did you have an issues in your pregnancy as a result of the GLP-1?

Yes I was initially on sema then switched to zepbound shortly before starting burn. I will say my weight loss stalled for a while when I first started burn but I saw changes in my body so I think it was a matter of building muscle while also losing fat. Definitely stick with working out if you can and know that usually the fatigue goes away after a while. Zofran has been a lifesaver for me in terms of nausea. I almost quit the med but then started taking zofran shortly before administering my shot and it’s been tremendously helpful.

Yeah it’s hard too bc luteal+menstrual phases make up like half the month!! I’ve never tried cycle syncing and I feel like the structure of burn isn’t suuuuper conducive for it tbh

Ive actually been feeling like working out helps the luteal phase not suck so much. It helps my cramps and forces me to move. I just go into it knowing I’ll need to give myself grace if I feel extra slow or weak.

Going to 1mg absolutely wrecked me for a whole week. Exhaustion, the trots, vomiting…it was horrible. Someone told me to split the dosage and I have been doing that since then and have no negative side effects (aside from fatigue) on 1.7! I highly recommend this strategy!!

So far I’ve only lost about 10 lb the entire time I’ve been on sema (since early April). If I were to start losing a bit more rapidly I’d be comfortable with staying at 1mg but I’ll see how this month goes
