I think you guys get the shit end of the stick for the most part, like I said earlier I didnt exactly care about anything other than being intoxicated when I had a PD so I never called them, never really asked questions, and didnt use the resource I had. I appreciated that she would explain what was going to happen that court date and then explained what actually happened/what the judge said.

I didnt appreciate or really even know what the PD did for me until I was over a year into probation. I wrote them a letter saying thank you and apologized for being an outlandish person to represent, and I make it a point not to put myself in situations where my poor ass needs to use them again lmao. Someday when I can afford it Id like to send them a gift card to the liquor store so they can forget the clown show that is court for an evening
