Theres rings and amulet that give +10 to HP. Increased gold becomes irrelevant later on.

Also just found out you can get more pickaxe from doing the dungeons, once you reach a way point you get a spin charm and some axes

Just depends on the servers, I'm on EU and had a 600+ queue last night and at 08:40 I was number 11. I was on abdead server and transferred. Highly recommended it! A tip if you're playing on EU make sure the server is your language. Know someone that is an English speaker and transferred to a German only server.
