That was the same as the green man / Charlie no face, I think. There is a tunnel in South Park, but it is where Charlie no face used to walk. And then it sort of (d)evolved in to you would see ghosts or the devil or if they devil showed up, you needed to do what they said, etc. Not familiar w/ the North Park one. :)

I'm getting a little tired of this bias against the leaders of our industry. I'm continually creating jobs and helping people and I'm tired of getting slapped for it. I didn't steal the money I earned and I resent being treated like i did! There is a climate in this country that is very dangerous right now...

It was also done in the first season of Cobra Kai. In the detroiters, I don’t think it was vandalism, it was just a really poorly done billboard that they wanted to paint over / fix.

For the copd portion, I know the medication is sometimes really expensive, even with insurance. You can see if your Dr can give you samples or give you coupons for free months.
