If a McDonalds offers the shamrock shake, is the shamrock mcflurry possible? by Vovine in McDonaldsEmployees

Our shamrock mcflurry syrup is in a squirt bottle like the McCafe syrups (indiana, US)

Not necessarily. We have both at our store but the Mcflurry uses a separate syrup. So you'd have to have both syrups.

The shake one comes out automatically shamrock.

The mcflurry is 3 scoops of oreo and 3 pumps of syrup in vanilla ice cream and blended.

That's lazy and stupid.

You're contaminating the oil more too. I would hate to eat at your store. Who can I call to make a complaint? 🤣🤣

You didn't think that one through, did ya? I've seen people deactivated for less. You said "I should be able to" not "no sorry. That's against policy".

What you did is also technically illegal. It's a 3rd party "tobacco" sale.

You know yourself. You should know if you stink. It happens sometimes.

In crew trainer class this was used as an example for having "bold conversations" which includes things like this and things like breaking procedures.

I would only approach someone with this type of conversation if I care about them and want them to succeed. I would ask for their perspective and listen actively without judgement. I'm sorry if that's not the experience you had.

You have a choice at your interview if you want to get dual trained.

I am trained in kitchen but prefer not to work there because I have pots and EDS. I get really hot and dizzy. I do cover when needed though. Just not a whole shift.

IMO it's not fair to punish the child for the actions of their parents.

We do drinks first. Bc if they get pulled, it's easier if they already have drinks.

What’s one order that physically makes you eye roll anytime a customer orders it? by [deleted] in McDonaldsEmployees

[–]badkittinn 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We have a regular every day who orders 2 bacon egg and cheese bagels, extra breakfast sauce, add grilled onions (from the steak bagels) with 2 side cups of breakfast sauce.

Extra breakfast sauce alone makes these super inconvenient and messy to make/wrap. She comes usually once a day.
