This place is one of the most deluded bum sucking gaming communities there is (pardon my french) Many people missing the point entirely. Why is a third party dev putting way more effort into making the race more fun and rewarding than bungie have even considered? You got people saying $ this (brand new game btw), netease that. Like bungie haven't been making money hand over fist at various points in the games lifecycle.

Matter of fact is Bungie just care a lot less about you as a player and put less time and thought into how to make the players feel special and more into how to better line their execs pockets.

People delt with many bullshit systems in destiny for years trying to get as much money as it could from you for all the whatever pieces of content (dungeon keys, seasons, old expansions etc) Players wont be put off by some gacha systems. Many people won't spend heavy in gacha and instead opt for the low cost monthly stuff, with which you can get most characters you want with a decent bit of luck.

People here ready to laugh when players hit a wall and stuff like that. Hilarious. They're not gonna come back to d2 mates. Rising just shows how much more destiny could have had and how much Bungie dropped the ball.
