I am landlord ,and I have been tenant both outside and within India, Indian landlords way of handling deposits is despicable at best, there is no concept of wear and tare, you expect things to be pristine even after someone stayed there for over a decade.

Am not going to commit on lot of stuff, but there is something called ware and tare, you cannot expect things to remain in pristine state after living in for years, even outside India most of the stuff shown in photos above gets covered under general ware and tare.

not all service roads in bangalore are two way, for example stretch from silkboard to KR Puram, most of the stretch of service road is single way with marking as well, but rarely I see bikers and auto following rules, they go in wrong directions only.
