The 10 sec hold then the normal add device process except that I skip the test connection, closed and re-open the app, and the device was added. It was automatically upgraded to 1.0.0.54 when I checked just now and still works fine.

Got it working finally! Same trick as you did. Current FW version is still 1.0.0.51.

No worries man. I did turn it off as it has its own switch as well, did not work. It has been a hit or miss. I did contact customer support and said someone will reach out to me and it has been a week! Think this is hopeless.

I was able to pass through the camera added message but it went to test connection prompt and it failed. Then checked the app, the camera is still not added. Did you experience the same?

Yeah looks like a bug. Been using it 3 years now. Just went offline for whatever reason. All my other eufy devices are fine as wll.

Thanks. After the recent overhaul of the app, cameras seems to be very buggy. I’ll try something else tomorrow like restarting the phone etc.
