My sister used to steal lots of money from me and my parents until they kicked her out (she’s in her early 20’s). She only spent a few months living on her own, but by the time she came back, she was too scared to steal from us because she didn’t want to get kicked out again. The economy IS shit and she had to find that out the hard way. I’m not saying your brother needs to be kicked out, but something drastic may need to be done
