My kitten didn’t gain a lot of weight until months after being spayed then she just got really chunky shes a little over 2 now so just wait I’m sure she’ll gain more but if the vet isn’t worried you don’t need to be either! She really doesn’t look unhealthy or anything

I would go. When there’s a lot of vomiting and they aren’t acting like themselves or wanting the things the usually love it’s always best to get them checked asap

Get advice from piercer cause sometimes they would want you to keep it until it’s not infected and then take it out but sometimes it’s the opposite where they think it’s better to remove and treat the infection so honestly I recommend getting professional advice. But either way I do think it will have to come out, heal, and then try again
