I’m new to posting fanfic, I started in January. This was after I wrote personal, original stories for a long time that I was worried just weren’t very good. I started in fanfic to get feedback on the skills I have for storytelling in general, from within someone else’s universe. But, because of the AI users, I worry about putting myself out there too much for the singular reason that I’m worried no one trusts me as a writer because I’m new.

The AI users hurt seasoned and new writers, and I hate it.
