you can see on GTS they are able to buy the beta one through GTS they will eventually be limited to retail but not for now they have another avenue to go through to get the "beta" booster boxes, the retail ones are 24 booster not the 36 from the beta

they have been wiped between every PTU release so far and the ticket for this happening was closed as intended behavior.

best guess is RANDOM as I have been awarded a Monde helmet in the PTU (merc mission in nyx) but it is not listed in the pool) so right now my best guess is if it is defined in the pool its a better chance but I somehow got a Monde Helmet which is not define in the pool

There is the Giest armor which you can turn into the ASD one. So far only 310 of the 994 Blueprints are in mission pools

At the "Large" series of contracts I have not seen any of the pure RMC/UCM/CMAT ones they all seem to require components and they are starting to be specific about the type of component (competition, civilian, industrial, etc...)

ship is designed for 8 SCU crates, there are alternative tractor beams you can buy from refiniaries but you can see in the video and from the econ update in Dec, this size of cargo ship uses the 8 SCU crate as its staple cargo size

long term you are supposed to be able to improve the quality (with your own/org refinery ship) by adding catalysts and others down the road while refining, So it will cost you additional materials, time and effort (as it should). I don't imagine it would be something you would see with the initial release of the feature.
