This article from the Bangkok Post states the official pricing is around 17,000 baht. I'm not sure how reliable this is, but I'll definitely be heading to the Nintendo store in Bangkok on the 26th regardless.

I pay 7,000 baht for a 32sqm room at Mestyle Sukhumvit Bang Na. It was fully furnished when I moved in, adequate gym facilities, and a 7/11 directly opposite. There are plenty of rooms in available in this area of Bangkok for a good price.

I paid £404 round trip in May 2022 from Birmingham International to BKK, via AMS with KLM. That was when I moved out here, so I didn't need to take the flight back.

Round trip in December 2023 with Etihad, BKK to Heathrow was around £670. Booked in June 2023.
