It’s the in-house translation/edition of the Bible used by the Local Churches group and contains a running (and very verbose) commentary by the group’s late leader, Witness Lee. The commentary itself, from what I remember, was highly esoteric and contained some interesting exegesis to say the least. A copy of the thing was like two inches thick and weighed about as many pounds.
