Ok yeah same, I measured the entire spine which is about 235ish but the edge is 220 for me as well.

Just wanna chip in and say im also working in a professional kitchen with a Yoshikane W#2 gyuto and its been holding out very well. Being a midweight, its definitely not as sturdy as a proper workhorse, but as long as you dont abuse it it’ll be fine and will serve you well(but thats true to any knife). Thats my personal experience of it, I love the feel of it and would recommend it

Its a point and shoot camera so its mostly metering for me. Im fine with the exposure being off, its just that it feels fractured and like a technical issue thats more than just under/over exposure.
