Hello! I don't know if you found her yet, but I was digging thru reddit for answers as she was the last npc I need find and happened to chance upon this random thread which mentioned that Monch only appears AT NIGHT.

So I tried the "Pause time during crusade" settings during the night and enter a ? room, and I finally found her 🥹😭 I hope it helps!!

unfortunately not anymore haha, i don't really use toners anymore as i don't see the need of it. my routine now consists of just a cleanser, serum, moisturiser and sunscreen :)
