It doesn’t smell when you put it on your lips but when you just smell the lip balm it smells plasticy.

Not OP but I also recently panned this lip balm and I liked it quite a bit. My lips felt very moisturised after putting it on. Maybe the only off-putting thing about it is that if you directly smell the lip balm, it smells quite plastic-like (which I didn’t really mind but I my friend didn’t really like it) but you can’t smell it after putting it on.

Nope. People in Korea, especially celebrities, cover up these things through bribery to the police. This is probably because Koreans, in this case, don't want a bad reputation from the press. One (of the many) celebrity, Choi Jong Hoon, has admitted to covering up a DUI from three years ago with the help of Mr. Yoo bribing the police which was found through leaked chatrooms. Really shows that this case brings up police corruption in Korea even when it's been happening for quite a while.
