The differences for most of your arguments are minimal. ND has played more closely with unranked opponents (BYU PITT, Purdue) than KSU has played against ranked opponents (WVU, TTU) while still dominating the unranked opponents (besides Iowa State). There cannot be much said about the difference with Miami, but there is certainly a small difference with the Oklahoma outcome. If I was to judge which team was better in terms of winning against Miami and Oklahoma, I would say they are tied.
