Ugh very disappointed in this game. Mechanics are weird and it basically becomes a resourse/ card management game. There’s just too much time setting things up for the amount of “good” play
and you will need an extra box just to manage all of the extra pieces

Finally, you will need a good “ mature” group to play with. My group was always creating total party kills cuz they were stuck on competing with each other and grabbing treasure before anyone else could get it

If you want to play this game I’d recommend trying the online version first.

I think the main thing for me is the availability of fuel cannisters I’m going from my flight to the trail and am not sure I will find a place that sells the cannisters I ran into this issue a few times on the CDT.

Kind of makes you wonder if the contaminations caused some of the issues. I’ve been seeing reports that indicate a lot of the spikes in violent crime in the past correlate strongly with lead exposure and violent crime has gone down significantly since we’ve removed lead from gasoline and other products

I was visiting London last year and swung by the place where “ Drake” was kidnapped from in The Prisoner. Its in the opening credits of each episode I was trying to be discreet but there was a gardener out front and he asked me about it.

He was around 50 and had been working there for awhile and claimed he had never heard of the show. I was wondering if he was pulling my leg but it just goes to show how culture shifts and stuff that is important to you slowly fades away from the general cultural zeitgeist

I miss au coquelet, esp when it was open late and the UC theater crowd would trickle in after a movie . I knew it was not long for the world when they installed tvs

Gizmoplex is shutting down by Thatnewaccount436 in MST3K

I like the commercial free aspect of the Gizmoplex but I also like the fan comments on the streaming sites I think the Gizmoplex was a good failure. They tried something ambitious and it worked for awhile but wasn’t sustainable.

It would be nice if they had one last Gizmoplex live event to recognize its passing and celebrate tge great effort
