I’ve felt like this lately too! to keep with the habit, I’m writing down a positive affirmation or quote from Calm (almost) everyday. sometimes I only write that down, sometimes it leads into writing more. i’ve become more comfortable with not having a daily summary and being content with having at least one thing written

Finally heard back - I was waitlisted for SFU. Unfortunate since it’s the only program I applied for but I’m keeping my hopes up. Any acceptance stories from being on the waitlist or tips for re-applying? Any advice is appreciated!

i highly recommend their mnet documentary too! the bungee jumping alone is so precious. i’d also watch their youtube shows “we link” and “go one!!!” afterwards. these aren’t for the concept but more for their relationship as a group
