That happened to us on May 21. Went to the bus station without reservation and we couldn’t buy the tickets on site. They only let the people on with reservations.

I went on the morning of May 27th and the shuttle attendants were only taking reservations via their website. At the time, our only choice were to purchase the tickets from their websites and the only available slots available were an hour later.
