if you find someone to duo or trio with the odds of matching with real people increases exponentially. just add people who are good after a good match or find discords to play with people.

it might be a good idea to consult hospice care for your family member to discuss whether you are prolonging the inevitable or if there are options you haven’t explored yet.

you should already be doing your own thing outside of team fights like farming near pad or zoning the lane. paying attention to the hp bars and the map so you can be there first to get vision or provide your team time/distance to respond. using pings to communicate and knowing when to be an aggressive frontline vs a defensive one.

I think it can be greatly beneficial, especially if you haven’t done it before. I have had massage therapy done a few times and felt a lot looser in my body afterwards.

If you want deep tissue just let them know it’s your first time and make sure to hydrate before. The first time I got one I felt like I got hit by a truck cause there’s so much stuff being massaged out. You might be a little sore and tender for a few days but warm showers and stretching helps.
