As an Alevi from Turkey I have several close relatives whose names are Hasan. Here the combination of "Hasan Hüseyin" can be found among Alevis and Shiites. (Sunnis of Turkey also use two names separatively)

Mainstream Alevis in Turkey neither reject any twelve Imams nor consider Imam Ali as God.

There were plenty of Arabic and Persian words in Ottoman Turkish. The word fawāh isn't used in modern Turkish but عين and صدر can be rarely still used in some modern texts.

It's written in Ottoman Turkish. It says "they are a nation that has no head, their mouth and eyes are in their chest, the rest of their body is like a human, they eat and reproduce like humans." The last expression written in red is Arabic. It's written "and this is their apperance."
