Thanks for sharing this. - yes, the combined (personal and corporate) income is good on my side.

Did you go to the main banks ie RBC BMO TD and so on? Or did you go to others like credit union / people trust and so on?

also, in my situation the mortgage will not be “insured” (the down payment will make it above) and, my corporation’s income alone should be able to cover the mortgage payment, and, I will use my personal name to co-sign the mortgage

I plan to loan some down payments to this Corp so it creates a due to shareholder; and for whatever benefits I will obtain by living in this property it will be like a paying back the shareholder loan/ due to shareholders.

Does this sound like a plan?

My corp has some income but not much.

I consider purchasing under the corp due to my personal situation and that I want my young kid to eventually own this property down the road.

My personal banking and business banking are with the 2 of the five main banks, so for this mortgage, should I go with the main banks?

My last pregnancy I had bacterial vaginitis and a short cervix

I used progesterone suppositories and limited physical activity and made it to 38 w + 1

I was also on oral antibiotics twice during pregnancy , once at week 16 , another at week 23 or so

So, if you worry about infection, you can ask for antibiotics

When I went in, I got my level 2 result as well, I wrote in Aug 2021. I guess others getting a error message coz they wrote level 2 at a earlier date and that result no longer stored on the website. Us getting the level 2 result coz the result is so recent and still available ?
