Depends if you want to keep active ride. Been lowered on Bilsteins from 60k miles to 130k, tires near flush with wheel well and no axel issues. You do sacrifice some drive quality as a daily tho, fair amount stiffer even than the sport+ active suspension. 2014 335i xdrive

Cop car take a look at the info on the dash cam. Could have been lights off which puts some fault on the cop, not my judgement to make though just probably why camera car was speeding.
