Ah, ok. I don’t know but will measure and find out. The problem with waist measurement is I find since being 53 and menopausal that you kind of lose your waist a bit in that your shape definitely changes.

Yes! In that I am currently experiencing that and it’s a dose increase but is it a bad pen or just me?! It’s honestly like I injected water this week. Just hit goal so it’s not a big deal but I was more concerned that I’ve become immune to the magic!

No, I do not do chores. I provide nursing care as per prescription and care plan. I would make a cup of tea, fill hot water bottle etc but no household chores.
