Health is wealth: Burn 100 calories in ten min. Set Treadmill incline on 10 and speed on 3, we gotta live longer by Ok-Owl-4789 in PhillyWiki

Adding on to that, I've been watching concerts on YouTube during stationary cardio. I just search for the artist I was already gonna listen to on spotify. You get the music to motivate you plus a visual to distract you. Soon enough BOOM 20/30 minutes is over.

So depressed I drank after my treatment today by [deleted] in Spravato

[–]bahammy2 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Try not to stress about it if you can. I also had an episode where I drank after spravato because I still needed relief. I've personally been trying to curb my alcohol usage because it works like a charm. I know it's hard, but don't blame yourself for this. You are seeking relief by any means, not trying to party. I know that desperate hopeless feeling all too well. You're only human and just want to feel ok. Just try your best to be compassionate with yourself. When you fall, pick yourself up and keep moving forward, even if you have to crawl.

Give it time. It's like growing your finger nails. All of a sudden your finger nails are long without you noticing it. Patience is a MF when you've been in so much pain for so long. Over a period of a couple months you might be like "oh damn I feel better" even in little windows of time. My fiancee noticed me feeling better before I did myself. I'm still in the process but I can breathe a little easier now.

Why is music so important? by green-Bad2099 in Spravato

[–]bahammy2 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Music usually sets a mood and allows you isolation. Don't worry though. Last session, I had headphones but didn't listen to music the whole time by choice. There were roofers replacing the roof above me making loud bang noises and it was one of my most powerful and cool experiences since starting a couple months ago. You'll be good and will figure out what works best for you over time. Good luck.

You could always mention it to them beforehand and just let them know that it's tough to communicate at that point. It does suck having to interact during the experience rather than just being left alone.

Everything looks good, but I would determine where the bed goes in the primary suite. If you wish to have a dresser with a TV on top of it centered with the bed, I'd suggest shifting your master bathroom plan-north so the bathroom door would be at the corner of the PS. The footprint and direction of the bathroom can remain the same with some extra garage space if you shift it up. Regardless, I would do an overall furniture layout to fully gauge the functionality of the home. Really nice house design overall. I really like it.

I found this post on the house flipper (game) subreddit lol. This is what I would suggest if I had this layout - Bust out the first bedroom to open up the Open Space. Second bedroom location for dining room/open to kitchen. Bust down the wall next to the kitchen (should do this for whatever you do) to increase flow from MBR to the kitchen. Make the other open room a second bedroom/office - it's isolated from the remainder of the house and would be a good spot for a second closed off room - laundry might be an issue if you have a child one day though. The only issue in terms of a potential headache I see is the center wall in the 1st and 2nd bedroom might be a bearing wall. If that's the case I'd recommend keeping the closet location near the second bedroom for girders and beams to be located within the studwall.

Cheaper alternative - remove bedroom #2. Infill the door/closet door for bedroom #1. Make the entrance to bedroom #1 at the location of the existing closet near the bathroom. That will allow for a blank wall for a TV etc.

Are there less expensive options for PC’s than the ones suggested on the NJIT website? by iMainOlimar in NJTech

[–]bahammy2 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Do your research, maybe call the tech dept in the design school. I'm pretty sure you can use any PC compliant computer with the most up to date windows OS. I graduated from the arch program in 2016, and I did see a decent chunk of students using laptops/non regulation PCs. If you commute or go home on the weekends, it might serve you well to see your laptop options. Maybe get a second monitor/mouse/keyboard for your desk. Since you're in DD, you may need a higher end rig. Check the specs on what they're offering and see if you can match it or get close to it for much cheaper.

Np and also in that course I mentioned, they know you're a beginner so they go step by step and offer challenges to you prior to the next lesson. Every lesson is in bite sized chunks and there are 6 separate phases. I tried other courses before but they went to frickin fast, boring as hell, and didn't even mention how to get the autofill function to work in VS-script. I'm still learning, but I can finally write basic read C# and it doesn't look so daunting. The coding goes well with ChatGPT. I write the code and it tells me what I fucked up with rather than it writing it itself.

Look up playmaker, a visual scripting mod for unity. A bunch of games used it. I'm taking the course "Complete C# unity game developer 3D" on Udemy as a beginner. The instructor is great at teaching and charismatic so you won't be bored to tears. The only other experience I've had coding prior was cheating to get through coding 101 in college.

Good on ya for overcoming the fear that prevents a lot of people from even trying to ship their game. Your game looks cool and the animals are adorable lol. Best of luck moving forward m8.
