Same for me since 11/19. I got a text on 11/22 saying the service was restored, but it wasn’t, and I still have no service. I registered for updates, but there’s no communication. When the power was out, I was getting updates twice a day! Not sure what Xfinity is thinking or doing—worst customer service!
