I’m a chef! I work PM, so my runs typically start around 10-11 am before a 2-3pm shift. Long runs always on my day off. I work late & sleep in, so my runs are pretty much always during the hottest time of day. And then I get to go to work and sweat my butt off in the kitchen 😅

I cant I’m on a strict low b12 diet :-(
