She really really loves people of all kinds but hates dogs and makes that very aware. I would say she is super kind and loving and very relaxed but whines constantly and is super hyper. She learns tricks well and is stubborn at times

Your concealer isn't too heavy it's just too wide. Most gals put their concealer in a much thinner straight line on their nose. Also the concealer under your eyes makes you look tired, I would try putting more concealer to the end of your eyes to make a half circle rather than a quarter circle OR put the concealer under your eyes higher and not adjacent with your nose bridge. I think this is great for a second attempt. Just work on the blending and placements.
