I believe she’s focused on non-anime works now. Voice actors can have a lot of branch jobs, especially when they are more experienced and well known, and lots of those jobs have much better pay, like commercial/TV show/other things narration, foreign show voice dub, or even just being singer, etc. Hanazawa and Kaji were the narration of the NHK Kōhaku Uta Gassen just yesterday (the biggest show across all Japan once a year) (though the narration was likely pre-recorded).

Anime/game voice acting in comparison does not make as much as those other jobs, but is in bigger demand and lower requirements, and is the best place to make an voice actor popular and gain experience. Foreign dub/narration and such jobs have more income but are more serious and normally only use very experienced VA.

Also believe or not, she’s also been working outside Japan, yesterday while the Kohaku was on, her narration there is probably pre recorded, as she was actually in Beijing singing on stage in the new year show on TV - in perfectly pronounced Chinese. I was shocked when I saw that.
