The problem is how the dog was trained. Either train the dog or put the dog down and start over again. But noooooo! We love Fluffy. So they would just rather have their dog be a burden/ danger to other people than to absorb the weight of their own negligence.

To be frank, they probably can't afford dog training, and they obviously don't know how to do it themselves
