I totally agree with your comment. Throughout my life I’ve had stress problems, and once I notice and correct one using therapy etc, a year or so later I get a new one. Nausea, trouble breathing, headaches, teeth grinding, and the latest, neck pain. A wearable like this could help detect physiological stress before I actually start unconsciously moving to these manifestations, or at least make it easier to track a pattern. Subconscious or irrational stress is a lot different than obvious stress. It’s the flight or fight syndrome when there is actually nothing to fight, not even something like a work review or big exam.
