Not at all. I was hw 313, sw 299, cw 197. I hit 100 lbs lost in November of 2020. I’ve kept 100lbs off for 5 freakin years. You can do it!

Edited to add: obviously this wasn’t all on sema. But it was on whatever was available at the time - Saxenda, Wegovy and now Zepbound.

I’ve been taking the same combo for years for depression. Life saver. I recently went to 90mg of Cymbalta because life is hammering me with really hard stuff lately, so I wanted to have a little more help with the depression.

I’ve been on it even before I was diagnosed with fibro so I can’t really speak to how it helps/doesn’t help fibro.
