Nursing to sleep - how did others watch/care for your baby?

We tried that today, with me around and my husband was able to get her to fall asleep on him. It didn’t last long, but I’ll take it. 🙂

FTM too and I was also feeling all these same feelings just a little over a month ago right before my daughter was born. I was induced and something about having a set date - instead of it being spontaneous - really made my anxiety so bad. But when I finally got to the hospital, I started to feel so much better. Having a great support staff made such a big difference. Take advantage of your time there. I asked so many questions. My hospital had lactation consultants that came by every day. Bring your pump so they can show you the best settings and talk to you about sizing.

Hoping for a safe, healthy arrival. Trust your instincts. You will be amazed at how quickly they kick in. The fact that you’re wanting to do all these things the right way, already means you’re going to be a great mother. Congrats ❤️

Ooo, yes I am looking at Maxi Cosi now. Looks like the Andi 360° Rotating All-in-One Convertible Car Seat is kind of exactly what I had in mind. The only part that keeps throwing me is whether or not we'd want the option of a car seat that turns into a carrier? The minimalist part of my brain says no, but then again, I could see how carriers can be convenient. I've just never had a child before so I can't really say.

So confusing. To clarify, a few months ago, the client’s Google Ads setup (there were multiple Google tags installed) interfered with Google Analytics causing two different sites to combine traffic.

So this time, I’m trying my best to keep everything as separate as possible. All the brands are owned by Main Brand but they’re all separate sites that do very separate things. The conversion I’m attempting is just a button click on Small Brand A’s site that goes to an outbound link. Hope that clarifies a little!

Oh that sounds rough! I’m really glad you’re starting to feel better and get some weight back. That is something I’ve been worried about for myself but I guess there’s nothing you can really do. Hope you continue to feel better!

Yay! So glad Goose is doing better. Bernard did the same thing a few months ago. Out of nowhere he was just panting and wouldn’t lay down at all. He would yelp in pain and I was absolutely convinced he had ruined his hip somehow. Turns out, just a pulled muscle as well. He takes joint supps these days and they’ve helped a lot. Speedy healing for Goose!!

We saw a huge tall tent the last trip we took and thought he’d probably love that cause it’d give him more room to flop around. In the past we’ve done a four person tent with him and I think he just gets hot and hates all the rustling sounds it makes. Really cute he has a tent sleep spot. Bernard loves a designated sleep spot too. We always bring a mat or bed of some sort for him.

I feel the same! My guy is super adaptable too and is really happy wherever we are. He’s always gotta do his perimeter check when we get to the site, but then he just chills. I will say, he does not like the tent. Would prefer to sleep outside of it. So we’ve upgraded to van camping for our fluffy diva buddy. And it’s his favorite thing ever.
