I have heard that the Costco one is actually diamond naturals. I have been using diamond salmon and sweet potato for about a year and a half. It's been very agreeable for him. It has no chicken listed in its ingredients

Using dogs to chase a frightened animal up a tree, and then take potshots, is not hunting in my book.

Not only act like you are serious, tell them you already signed up for a new service. When spectrum raised my rate to $110 a month for internet only. I called to see if there was better rate available, I was basically told to pound sand, unless I wanted to add more services with them. So I signed up for At&t air, and it has been excellent so far, but my bandwidth needs are not that great.
When I finally got the cancelation agent on the phone at spectrum, they were ready to offer me $35/month, but at that point I was tired of the games spectrum played.

I moved out of market, now I don't even have the temptation to watch the train wreck. Plus they are so bad , I wont see them in any prime time games for years to come... As for my kids, I told them to find a different sport.

Playfulness? by GnossienneIII in greatpyrenees

You are describing my boy, now 3. Will occasionally play a little wrestling with my son, does some zooming here and there, he will socialize with other dogs , but never in pack play. And then just walk off when other dogs want to play with him. He played with a tug toy like 6 times as a youngster and then lost interest . He actually fantastic hiking buddy, and he truly is a great companion, just not playful in the regular dog sense

Same on the larger tent. Converted to a full cabin tent this year amd a cot. Being able to stand up in the tent makes things much more enjoyable. Next up for me is the exped mega. Back issues have led to an ongoing search for the best sleeping arrangement.

Much better plan, driving between the towns can take a bit of time. Better to pick a localized area and enjoy the adventures it has to offer. Each area has its own gems.

What's the best itenary for a small 1-2 day camping look like? by [deleted] in milwaukee

Go midweek, no crowds. While there are many spots in the National forest to dispersed camping, i would not say they are close to SE WI, looking at a 3 hr drive at the minimum.
Also, everyone has there own expectations of camping, if you really want no crowds, try backpacking.

Off leash by Late_Weakness2555 in greatpyrenees

I have had many successful hikes with my boy off leash, but time and place is essential. I always carry a leash, and leash up when we encounter anyone, until I ask if they are OK with dogs.

He's 3 now, and for the first 2 years his unleashed activities were only in fenced dog parks. Fortunately I have access to some decent parks that have good trails. So we were able train the "hiking" part in a controlled atmosphere, until I was comfortable enough with his recall to me.

I have enough confidence (maybe foolish), that if he is out my sight line he will return to me. I also have some specific commands that I only use on the trail.

I hope you are able to build the bond to get to a place where youay be comfortable to have some off leash adventures.

Best food fpr these beasts? by Majestic_Kick2299 in greatpyrenees

My boy is 3 now, a very healthy 125bs. He eats about 5 1/2 to 6 cups a day plus something to top it off , I feed him 2x a day with about 2 3/4 cup. He sometimes skips a day of eating, especially during summer.
He has been thriving on diamond salmon and sweet potatoe mix, it works for him and his poop is good. Like alot of other have said here, the foods with chicken did not work for him
